We made the small print bigger, to make sure you read it. We manage video requests one at a time to ensure quality and focus. All communication and collaboration happen exclusively through our shared Trello workspace. For each video, we need a detailed brief outlining the topic, desired tone of voice, preferred format, target duration, and any relevant references. On average, it takes one hour to generate 10 seconds of AI-powered video footage. Please expect an average delivery time of 24 hours for your video drafts (Monday to Friday).
