We made the small print bigger, to make sure you read it. We manage video requests one at a time to ensure quality and focus. All communication and collaboration happen exclusively through our shared Asana workspace. For each video, we need a detailed brief outlining the topic, desired tone of voice, preferred format, target duration, and any relevant references. On average, it takes one hour to generate 10 seconds of AI-powered video footage. Please expect an average delivery time of 24 hours for your video drafts (Monday to Friday).

Once subscribed, you're able to add as many video requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.
How fast will I receive my videos?
On average, most requests are completed in just 24h or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.
What If I don't need the services any more?
You can cancel the subscription at any time. No strings attached.
How do I request my videos?
Once you subscribe to our plan, you'll receive a typeform as a brief. Once you fill the form, we continue our work exclusively in Asana.
What if I don't like the video?
No worries! We'll continue to revise the video until you're 100% satisfied.
Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
Due to the creative nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.
How many users I can add to my plan?
Unlimited. There's no limit of number of users you can add to your team.
Can we meet in person?
We know that some of you still need some human interaction. That's why we can organize half an hour weekly zoom call & one hour monthly meeting if you’re based in London, Birmingham, Bristol or Oxford. That's optional, of course.
